Mango Sunshine is the first thing that came to mind when I first tasted this juice. It’s so sweet and soft that it just feels like the sun is hugging your taste buds. When I was a child visiting my grandfather in the Dominican Republic. I can still remember a bucket full of mangoes that he would pick for me to enjoy. This juice isn’t focused on health and nutrition like a lot of my other juices are. But it’s sweet like my childhood and I think it will bring you a lot of great memories as it did for me. This is a perfect juice to make when mangoes are one sale and the weekend is close by.

- 4 Mangoes (large)
- ½ Pineapple
Mango Sunshine Juice Recipe
- The most difficult part of this juice is cutting all of the mangoes. I personally, recommend some patience when peeling and slicing the mangoes.
- For this recipe, you only need half a pineapple cut into slices as prep for the juices.
- This juice is more difficult to juice as all of the ingredients are soft, so take your time.
- Once all ingredients are juiced, pour over ice and enjoy. For storage, you can refridgerate for up to 2-3 days for freshness.
