Red Beets and Pear Juice Recipe

by Sahirenys Pierce

Red Beets and Pear juice are now one of my all-time favorite juice recipes to power me up with nutrition and flavor. This new mixture of beets, pears, oranges, and apples is one for the books. Full of healthy vitamins and minerals like vitamin C, potassium, and folate. This is a great juice for a mid-day pick me up if you’re interested in skiping a cup of coffee and or energy drink. I am a big fan of beets and look for new ways to spice up my juices every week in a fun way. The hint of pears give this drink a full body of texture and depth that reminds you of autum in the best of ways.

As always, when juicing with beets, please wear gloves or be prepared for some red hands. I prefer to use fresh beets from my local farmers market/ grocery store. Beets do last for a while in the fridge, this is why I like to make this juice usually mid week. This Red beets and pear juice is an excellent natural energy drink to try out. But if you have hyper little ones, this juice is going to increase their energy. So please be aware of this before offering your kids a sip.

Red Beet and Pears Juice Recipe

  1. Peal and cut all of the fruits into slices to easily add into your juicer.
  2. I personally add all of the soft ingredients first to control the juice overflowing in the juicer. Start by adding the oranges, pears, apples, and then the beets.
  3. Then pour juice into desired container and enjoy. For leftover juice, you can refirdgerate for 2-3 days in a sealed container.
